This workshop offers busy and worn-out mamas a breathing space to chill and relax in the midst of their chaotic days.
Through various mindfulness and self-care exercises, mamas will be able to care and nurture their bodies and minds.
At the end of the workshop, mamas will find themselves fully recharged with negative energies transformed. This is a workshop not to be missed by all mamas!
